introducing Auvê® Beauty
Auvê® Beauty was created for real people with all skin types in mind. They are the first beauty brand to introduce the power of Guyanese botanicals, combined with actives from around the world, by creating products that are inclusive, conscious, and effective. Auvê® Beauty is founded by one of the only female chemists of color, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry as a chemist and product developer.
THE CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
To launch Auvê® Beauty successfully, we knew the strategy had to go deeper than just aesthetics — it had to unearth what made the brand truly different. Our challenge was to position Auvê® as a pioneering force in the beauty space: grounded in science, deeply inclusive, and proudly rooted in Caribbean heritage. We began with an in-depth competitive and market analysis to understand not just where Auvê® could fit in — but how it could stand out. We identified a white space where scientific credibility, cultural storytelling, and botanical innovation intersected — and this became our guiding light.
From there, we worked closely with the founder to define and articulate her “magic sauce” — a rare blend of chemist-backed expertise, clean formulation innovation, and a story tied to both her Guyanese heritage and California upbringing. Every design decision was a reflection of this strategy: from the rich, story-driven packaging to the clean, conversion-oriented website.
This is why, during the creation of the packaging design, we meticulously considered every aspect, from color selections to logo positioning, and even the creation of custom icons and illustrations. All of these choices were driven by a strong sense of purpose and a deep understanding of the brand's identity and the audience they cater to.
