Discovery Call
After receiving the inquiry, we will schedule a free 30 minute video call to discuss everything you want to accomplish for your business. If we are the perfect fit for each other, we will send over the proposal detailing the scope of the project with projected timeline and investment.

Client Homework + Strategy
After the contract is signed with a nonrefundable 30% deposit upfront, you will receive client homework on the brand & website questionnaire. From there, we will dive deep in the brand strategy and provide everything you need to know in standing out from your competition and connecting with your audience.

Presentations
After curating a custom brand strategy catered to only your business, we will start the design process in which we will explore different brand elements such as logos, marks, patterns, and visual direction. The design presentation will contain application mockups with your brand assets so that you can envision it coming into life and ensure that we are on the right direction. For web designs, we will present the initial homepage for your approval and after revising if necessary, we will finish designing the remaining of the website.

Refinement
As this is a partnership, you will get to review and provide feedback. You will have 2-3 rounds of revision (depending on packages) and anything after that will incur additional cost. After revision and refining the design concept, we will move forward to the last step.

Launch + Celebration
When the project is finished, you will receive the brand guideline (and custom website in Squarespace or Shopify if applicable) detailing everything you need to know on how to use your brand assets along with the final designs and deliverables with personalized training videos and guides. At the end of the process, we want every client of ours to feel confident in sharing their vision to the world and watch their business grow successfully as we cheer along side with them.

Branding is a business investment that goes beyond just a logo. We believe in creating exceptional experiences for audiences through the brand's story, values, and missions. Because of such, we do not believe in creating just a logo as that will not cover the importance of connecting with your target audience, differentiating with your competitors, and having the clarity or confidence to excel in your industry. We only take on full branding projects that focuses on strategy in order to cover all the main elements essential for a sustainable and successful brand.

We understand that this can be a big investment for you so we definitely want to accommodate. Our payment plan requires a nonrefundable 30% deposit upfront and followed by 2 equal payments over the course of the project. If you would like to split it into more, please let us know, and we would be more than happy to adjust the payment schedule for you.

We usually book about 1-2 months in advance, so we recommend getting in touch as soon as you know you are ready to have a sustainable and successful brand and well before your launch timeline.

We require project assets before our project kick-off date. We require that you complete all homework prior to the project start date and submit your website copy and professional photos if you have any before we proceed with the website design phase. Any delay in submitting these will cause rescheduling of the project or a restart fee.
